About

About Me

Counseling is a space for you to examine the ways your current behaviors are hindering you from living the life you want. I strive to create a space for you to feel safe and understood so you can explore the ways in which you operate and create change to enable you to live in alignment with your authentic self.

I come alongside my clients and meet them where they are. I offer a compassionate space to do the inner work and healing necessary to move forward in your life in meaningful ways.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My counseling experience includes working with individuals in the early stages of substance abuse recovery and working with people with mood disorders and other mental health diagnoses. I specialize in treating adults struggling with self esteem, boundaries, relationship/attachment issues, and life transitions. Before entering the field of mental health I was an elementary and middle school teacher for more than ten years.

I look forward to the chance to speak with you and join you on your path to wholehearted living.

Sincerely,
